Growth Program Overview

Scale-Beyond is a specialized nine-month initiative supporting a select cohort of 10 startups. Funded by the Youth Technology & Jobs project in partnership with Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy & Entrepreneurship, the program moves away from “one-size-fits-all” curriculums. It utilizes a three-stage approach—Assess, Build, and Scale—to identify specific operational gaps and provide technical guidance on finance and scaling. The program is specifically designed to act as a bridge for founders ready to expand their footprint beyond Jordan into global markets.

Key Benefits

  • Tailored Mentorship: One-on-one strategic advisory and technical guidance customized to your startup’s specific growth stage.
  • Market Access: Direct support and networking to facilitate entry into the GCC, European Union, and United States markets.
  • Investment Readiness: Workshops and coaching focused on preparing founders for successful fundraising rounds.
  • Exclusive Network: Direct connections to key industry leaders, corporate partners, and a global network of investors.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Status: Must be post-MVP and currently revenue-generating or able to demonstrate clear market traction.
  • Sector: Digital or tech-enabled businesses (e.g., E-commerce, HealthTech, EdTech, Agri-Tech).
  • Location: Legally registered or operationally present in Jordan.
  • Commitment: At least one full-time founder must be committed to the nine-month program.
  • Diversity Focus: Strong preference is given to women-led startups and businesses founded by Syrian refugees.
