Building a New Generation of Founders
The initiative provided 220 students with an intensive, two-day training program focused on the fundamentals of building a business. The sessions covered creative thinking, generating viable startup ideas, and the mechanics of turning concepts into executable projects.
Participants also received practical training on creating business models, conducting market analysis, and identifying genuine market needs. The hands-on workshops were designed to strengthen teamwork, leadership, and decision-making abilities, preparing the students for the demands of the startup world.

According to Dr. Adel Zain El-Din Muhammad Moussa, President of Taibah Technology University, this program is a core part of the institution’s strategy. He explained that the university is committed to fostering an entrepreneurial culture and shifting towards an education model centered on innovation and production.
“Our goal is to empower young people to transform their ideas into viable entrepreneurial projects,” Dr. Zain El-Din noted. He added that this approach not only promotes self-employment but also supports the state’s vision for building a competitive, knowledge-based economy.

The university’s support extends beyond technical skills. Dr. Zain El-Din emphasized that the initiative aims to cultivate an innovative mindset, enabling students to think unconventionally and develop creative solutions to real-world challenges.
The program was implemented under the academic supervision of Dr. Khaled Khalifa and Dr. Miral Gamal El-Din. They highlighted the initiative as a significant step in providing students with future-ready skills that align with labor market demands and enhance their ability to innovate effectively. The university has confirmed plans to continue offering similar training programs in the future.
