Cigna Healthcare Middle East & Africa is searching for its next flagship event activation to replace the successful “Flex Ray” experience. The challenge invites innovators to design a bold, compact, and interactive booth activation centered on “Health Literacy”—making health information simpler, clearer, and more accessible for audiences across the GCC.

Challenge Overview

The goal of this challenge is to develop a modern health-focused activation that can scale across 20+ events a year. The winning concept must simplify healthcare understanding and empower participants to take control of their wellness. Cigna is looking for an experience that is visually striking, easy to operate, and capable of delivering a personalized health insight or result in under five minutes. The selected project will move straight into development for its first deployment in June or July 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Interactive Focus: Concepts must be genuinely engaging and tied to health, wellness, or health literacy.
  • Efficiency: The total user experience must be completed in under 5 minutes per person.
  • Technical Readiness: Must include a plan for data capture (GDPR compliant), technical requirements, and logistics.
  • Durability: The booth must be designed for easy setup (max 2–3 hours), transport, and repeated use.
  • Output: Every participant must receive a personalized health insight, score, or snapshot (printed or digital).

Submission Requirements

Applicants are required to submit 2–3 activation concepts, each including:

  • Concept Summary & User Journey: A step-by-step flow from approach to completion.
  • Visual Mock-ups: Renders showing how the activation looks in an event setting.
  • Technical & Logistics Plan: Power needs, setup/dismantling time, and staffing requirements.
  • Data Plan: Strategy for capturing work emails and handing over data to Cigna.

How to Apply

Submit your full concept package through the Ignyte platform by the end of the day on June 8, 2026. Shortlisted teams (3–5 participants) will be invited to pitch their ideas live or virtually in late June.
