UAE’s Qashio Launches Integrated Corporate Travel Platform to Capture MENA’s Growing Business Spend

4 Min Read

Dubai-based spend management firm Qashio has rolled out Qashio Corporate Travel, a new platform integrating travel booking directly into its expense management system. The move allows companies to manage flights, hotels, and corporate card spending within a single, policy-driven environment, aiming to bring greater control and visibility to a major source of corporate expenditure.

Quick Facts

  • New platform integrates travel and expenses.
  • Global inventory of 200+ airlines, 1.5M hotels.
  • Aims to streamline MENA’s $270B business travel market.

Tackling Fragmented Corporate Travel Spend

Business travel in the MENA region, projected to hit $270 billion by 2030, has long been a challenge for finance teams due to its fragmented nature and lack of direct oversight. Qashio’s new solution is designed to centralize this process, enabling companies to consolidate travel spend, enforce compliance with internal policies, and gain real-time visibility over every transaction.

Armin Moradi, CEO and Founder of Qashio, commented, “Corporate travel has traditionally been fragmented, manual, and difficult to control. With Qashio Corporate Travel, we are bringing travel into the same financial framework as every other company expense. Finance teams gain real-time visibility, stronger controls, and up to three per cent rebates, while employees get a smoother booking experience.”

A Unified Dashboard for Bookings and Expenses

The platform offers a global inventory of flights and hotels, with access to exclusive corporate rates and price-matched fares. All bookings are automatically categorized, and the system includes built-in features for reconciliation and receipt management. Employees can use Qashio corporate cards or other payment methods, while earning Qashio Points on every booking.

Beyond the initial booking, the system provides a unified dashboard for tracking both travel and non-travel spending, supported by a dedicated post-sale support center. Future updates plan to add travel ancillaries and more structured approval flows to further align the booking process with finance policies.

Fueling International Expansion from Dubai

This product launch comes as Qashio continues its international expansion. The company recently opened a European headquarters in Dublin, adding to its existing offices in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Qashio reports serving thousands of enterprise and mid-market customers across the Middle East, the EU, and the UK.

The company’s growth in 2025 included expanding its UAE team to over 100 employees and entering the Saudi market through the acquisition of Sanad Cash. It also enhanced its loyalty program and launched a specialized platform for travel agencies in the UAE, tackling issues like high FX costs and payment fraud.
