The FORGE, the residency program based at University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) in Morocco, has officially introduced the latest batch of startups joining its Operations Tech & Automation vertical. This cohort features a diverse group of founders developing AI-native operating systems designed to eliminate manual friction and “spreadsheet chaos” across industries ranging from construction to regulated compliance.
Engineering Scalability Through AI Native Execution
The newly announced ventures focus on solving the “messy middle” of business operations—the stage where manual processes often lead to significant value loss. By backing founders who leverage AI-powered automation, The FORGE aims to transform traditional workflows into strategic assets. The selected startups are building tools that transition industries from fragmented communication, such as personal chat apps and static paperwork, into integrated digital ecosystems capable of global competition.
Meet The Operations Tech And Automation Batch
The current cohort includes six innovative ventures, each targeting specific operational bottlenecks within the MENA and African markets:
- FlowBrave: Led by Yassine Loqmane, this startup provides an execution layer for high-stakes and regulated work, transforming static compliance policies into guided workflows for humans and AI agents.
- Mizan AI: Founded by Hamza Hadni and Adama Jarju, this platform acts as an AI unified hub for restaurant operations, centralizing scheduling, task follow-up, and team communication.
- Rafid: Led by Idriss Bennis, Rafid is an AI-powered sales operating system for B2C companies in MENA, utilizing WhatsApp-native AI agents to reactivate dormant clients and prevent lead leakage.
- E-Quickly: Founded by Widyane Berraqui, this e-commerce infrastructure layer converts digital food content and recipes into ready-to-buy grocery baskets in under 15 seconds.
- Predikt AI: Led by Mohamed Fakihi, this AI-native operating system for agencies manages the complex balance of supply and demand across staffing, sales, and financial outcomes.
- BinAiTech: Founded by Ayoub Rhousni, this PropTech solution replaces standard messaging apps for construction sites with voice reporting, photo-based invoice extraction, and synced inventory management.

The announcement marks a critical milestone as these “forgers” prepare for the upcoming Demo Day 2026. Throughout the residency, founders receive support to refine their products and scale their ventures, aligning with UM6P’s broader mission to foster a foundation of excellence and community for global founders.
