Integra, a technology firm developing AI and blockchain infrastructure for the real estate sector, has selected SettleMint as its digital asset lifecycle platform partner to bring compliant, on-chain property assets to the UAE and the US.
Quick Facts

- Focus on tokenising real estate in the UAE and US.
- Combines Integra’s AI with SettleMint’s blockchain platform.
- Aims to improve property market liquidity and transparency.
Building a Compliant Bridge for On-Chain Assets
The partnership, solidified through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will create a structured framework for integrating Integra’s real estate ecosystem with SettleMint’s digital asset platform. This creates a direct pathway for real estate projects to access tokenisation services and fiat-based licenses.
The combined solution merges Integra’s agentic AI, designed to manage real estate transactions on-chain, with SettleMint’s regulated platform. SettleMint provides the technical backbone for issuing and managing digital assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance workflows and administration are handled correctly. The platform’s multi-jurisdiction capabilities are designed to align with the distinct regulatory requirements of both the UAE and the US.
Unlocking Real Estate Liquidity Across Jurisdictions
This collaboration addresses the growing need in both the US and Gulf countries for improved access, transparency, and efficiency within property markets. By bringing real-world assets onto the blockchain, the two companies aim to build a credible market infrastructure that can handle complex transactions and ownership structures.
“We are thrilled to partner with SettleMint to accelerate the deployment of compliant real estate tokenisation in the US and the Middle East,” said Piyush Gupta, Core Contributor at Integra.
“Integrating our real estate ecosystem with SettleMint’s enterprise-grade platform creates a powerful, end-to-end solution that solves the industry’s biggest challenges: liquidity, transparency, and operational efficiency.”
Matthew Van Niekerk, President at SettleMint, highlighted the current state of the industry.
“Real estate is the most valuable asset class in the world. Yet deeds, property titles, and ownership structures remain in a web2 state at best, and more often in a pre-web state with paper-based records. Integra is taking a thoughtful, compliance-first approach to bringing real estate assets on-chain, and we are pleased to be the platform they have chosen to build on.”
