Suez Canal University has won a €1 million grant from a European Union international cooperation program to establish “EUSEED,” a new center dedicated to developing future skills and entrepreneurship. The initiative is a significant step in the university’s strategy to better equip its students and graduates for the evolving demands of the job market.

Bolstering Egypt’s Talent Pipeline

This initiative is designed to align the skills of graduates with the specific needs of both local and international job markets, directly contributing to a more prepared and competitive workforce in Egypt.

A Pan-Mediterranean Alliance

The project is backed by a broad strategic coalition involving 24 universities from five countries: Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, and Cyprus. This extensive network is intended to facilitate the exchange of expertise and build effective international partnerships in education and training.

Key partners in the consortium include the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie and Aix-Marseille University in France, reflecting strong international confidence in Suez Canal University’s ability to execute large-scale developmental projects.
