This multi-stage program is designed to assess, train, and provide grants to empower these organizations and expand their community impact.

Support Program Overview
This initiative is a cohesive, multi-stage journey designed to support and empower women-led organizations in Syria. The program begins by understanding the reality and needs of these organizations, subsequently advancing their institutional readiness, development opportunities, and long-term sustainability. The core objective of this journey is to significantly expand the impact of women-led institutions within their local communities.
Key Benefits
- WLO Mapping: A comprehensive survey to understand the organization’s current reality, needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Institutional Assessment (OCA): An evaluation to discover readiness levels, identify strengths, pinpoint development gaps, and build a clearer vision for growth and sustainability.
- Training and Institutional Development: Practical training sessions covering project management, administration and governance, planning and sustainability, as well as building partnerships and expanding impact.
- Institutional Grants: Financial support awarded to the most prepared organizations to help develop their projects and enhance their active impact within their communities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a women-led organization.
- Must be an active organization with existing operations and projects on the ground.
- Must not have previously undergone an institutional assessment.
- Must be a registered member of the Syrian WLO Platform.
