Matar Al Hemeiri, Chief Executive of Digital Dubai Government Establishment, highlighted the strategic importance of the agreement in fostering a collaborative digital environment.

“This agreement reflects Dubai’s vision of building an integrated digital ecosystem founded on the strategic collaboration between the government and private sectors,” Al Hemeiri stated. “Through this partnership, Digital Dubai is extending the adoption of its advanced digital platforms, products, and capabilities to support the Emirates Group in enhancing services, improving operational efficiency, and accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies, particularly AI.”

He added that the model reinforces Dubai’s commitment to building a competitive digital economy and strengthening its position as a global hub for innovation.

From the Emirates Group’s perspective, the partnership is focused on delivering tangible benefits to its large workforce. Oliver Grohmann, Executive Vice President of Human Resources at the Emirates Group, emphasized the impact on employee-facing processes.
