Venture Development Program Overview
The .dvp Cohort 2 is an intensive 12-week commercialization sprint that supports up to 10 selected ventures. The program provides structured guidance to validate market opportunities, refine business models, and develop go-to-market strategies, preparing startups for customer adoption and future investment.

Eligibility Criteria
- Technology Readiness: Must have a demonstrated proof of concept (TRL 3-4 minimum).
- IP: Must possess defensible technology based on research, patents, or proprietary know-how.
- Team: A strong technical team with clear entrepreneurial ambition.
- Commitment: Full commitment to participate throughout the entire 12-week program.
- Focus Areas: Ventures in Energy, Water & Sustainability, Digitalization & Semiconductors, Advanced Materials & Mining, and Advanced Manufacturing are encouraged to apply.
Application Requirements
Applicants should be prepared to provide information on their technology, the problem and solution, IP status, team members, and market opportunity. Required documents include a pitch deck, proof-of-concept report, team member CVs, and any patent documentation or letters of intent.
