Dubai-based Rechitta launches AI platform for multilingual real estate engagement

Dubai-based startup Rechitta is using artificial intelligence to streamline communication and property discovery in the off-plan real estate market.

Founded by Atiksh Mittal, Aryaman Maheshwari and Ashirwad Somani, the platform is designed to address fragmented, manual processes between developers, brokers and buyers. Its real-time intelligence engine interprets typed or spoken requests, analyzes project and market data, and returns relevant property matches within seconds, according to the company.

Rechitta also supports multilingual communication, allowing users to move between English, Arabic and other languages while retaining context. The feature is aimed at Dubai’s international real estate audience, which the founders say represents more than 200 nationalities.

For developers and brokers, Rechitta acts as a communication layer for distributing verified project information across broker networks. The company said this could help developers reach up to 20 times more brokers while improving response times and reducing inaccuracies.

The founders described the platform’s launch briefing as its first and last in-person event, reflecting their focus on building an always-on system that operates across markets and time zones. Rechitta plans to expand its language support, onboard more agencies and develop additional AI features, with a longer-term goal of building AI infrastructure for real estate markets globally.
