Call for Trainers Overview
The AUC Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is building a roster of qualified independent trainers to support future training assignments across the Middle East and North Africa. While joining the roster does not immediately commit the Center to a specific program, pre-qualified trainers will be drawn upon as relevant capacity-building opportunities arise. Training sessions will target professionals in leadership, technical, or functional roles within the financial sector, covering key domains such as leadership, strategy, risk, governance, digital/AI, ESG, and people management.
Delivery Requirements
- Online Facilitation: Proven ability to design and lead high-engagement virtual training sessions using interactive tools, polls, and breakout rooms on platforms like Zoom or MS Teams.
- Bilingual Execution: Sessions must be facilitated fluidly in native-level Arabic, while utilizing English-language slides, case studies, handouts, and standard international business terminology.
- Regional Relevance: Trainers must adapt their examples, case studies, and facilitation styles to be culturally and contextually relevant across the eight target MENA countries.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, facilitation, or executive education targeting middle to senior management audiences.
- Demonstrated prior experience delivering training specifically within the financial sector.
- Proven track record of delivering virtual/online training to remote or multi-country audiences.
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic combined with strong professional proficiency in English.
- Based in, or possessing substantial recent professional delivery experience in: Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine, Algeria, Morocco, Yemen, or Tunisia.
- Subject-matter expertise in leadership, strategy, risk, governance, digital/AI, ESG, career development, or people management within financial services is considered a strong advantage.
