I4C MENA Opens AI and Digital Resilience Sub-grants for Civil Society Organizations

Innovation for Change (I4C) MENA Hub has opened applications for the Sub-grants Component of its MENA AI & Digital Resilience Program, offering funding to civil society organizations across the region.

The program includes four microgrants worth $2,000 to $4,500 each for initiatives that strengthen internal digital resilience, including cybersecurity audits and responsible AI governance policies. It also offers four small grants ranging from $7,000 to $10,000 for pilot projects such as civic technology prototypes and AI-supported awareness campaigns.

Eligible initiatives can focus on AI adoption, digital transformation, cybersecurity, responsible AI governance and other organizational resilience needs. According to the announcement, selected grantees will receive technical mentorship, specialized training and access to a regional Community of Practice.

Applications close on 30 August 2026.
