UAE telecom operator e& UAE says it has become the first provider in the region to embed agentic AI into its core business mobile and fixed connectivity plans.
The capability is included in Business Pro fixed internet services and enterprise propositions such as Digital Internet and Digital Premium Internet. Mobile customers can add it to existing packages.
Agentic AI refers to systems that can understand objectives, organise information and complete sequences of tasks within defined controls. For smaller businesses, e& UAE says the built-in tools could reduce the cost and technical complexity of adopting AI while helping employees spend less time on repetitive work.
The offering is supported by Sovereign AI Compute, which combines GPU capacity hosted in the UAE with secure connectivity. Launched a few weeks ago, the service is designed to support the development, testing, training and deployment of AI applications while keeping sensitive data inside the country.
Large enterprises and government entities can combine the AI capabilities with e& UAE’s fixed-connectivity products for business-critical applications, distributed operations and data-intensive workloads. The company said customers can start with built-in AI tools and later expand into sovereign computing, security and cloud services.
