Tamkeen Extends Musanada Support Program Deadline

Bahrain’s Labour Fund, Tamkeen, has extended registration for its Musanada support programme until September 30, 2026, giving more local businesses affected by Iranian aggression time to apply for assistance.

The extension covers all three support streams: directly affected business support, operational expenses support, and financing profit support. It also applies to previously approved applications, according to the announcement.

Tamkeen has doubled the support period under the operational expenses stream from three months to six months, aiming to help businesses maintain operations and retain their workforce.

Eligible sectors under the operational expenses and financing profit streams include manufacturing, transportation and storage, tourism, accommodation and food services, trade, professional and technical services, administrative support, recreation, and early childhood education.

The Labour Fund said the deadline extension follows strong demand from businesses benefiting from the programme. Eligible institutions can apply through Tamkeen’s official website and contact the fund through its communication channels for further information.
