The Jordan Association for Entrepreneurship and Agricultural Innovation has launched a specialized operations management training course in Amman, in partnership with the Cooperative Corporation.
The program began on Tuesday, August 18, at the Cooperative Training Institute. It focuses on strengthening the skills of employees working at the corporation and in cooperatives, according to the announcement.
The course covers workflow analysis and redesign, process simplification, efficiency and productivity improvement, time and resource management, key performance indicators, operational risk management, continuous improvement and the use of digital tools.
Participants will work through practical exercises, real-world case studies and interactive discussions. The sessions are designed to help them assess processes within their organizations, identify waste and bottlenecks, and develop practical solutions to improve performance and service quality.
Abdelfattah Al-Shalabi, director general of the Cooperative Corporation, said investing in human capital is essential to improving institutional performance and services. Imad Al-Ayasra, president of the association, said capacity building and the development of professional skills are among its priorities. The program is delivered with support from Alکسيرا Company and trainer Majed Melhem.
