Dubai Chambers has signed a memorandum of understanding with Trendyol to help Dubai-based small and medium-sized enterprises expand through digital commerce.
Under the agreement, businesses referred by Dubai Chambers will receive a 40% discount on Trendyol’s introductory commission rate for their first three months. The package also includes homepage visibility, free advertising credits, campaign promotion opportunities and priority account management.
The partnership will provide sellers with training through Trendyol Academy. The programme covers product listings, inventory management, pricing and operations, as well as advanced topics including advertising, promotions and performance analytics. Live webinars will also give participants access to platform expertise.
The initiative combines Dubai Chambers’ business network with Trendyol’s e-commerce infrastructure to support seller onboarding, training and access to new sales channels, according to the announcement.
Trendyol launched in the UAE in 2023 and has since onboarded more than 15,500 regional sellers. Training resources under the agreement will be hosted on a dedicated landing page within Trendyol Academy, the platform’s learning hub for sellers.
