Tetr College of Business has launched the Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership (GPEL), a one-year program that combines startup-building with academic training from Fudan University’s School of Management in Shanghai and Imperial College London.

The program takes participants through Shanghai, London and Dubai as they develop ventures from idea to scale. Its curriculum covers artificial intelligence, product development, supply chains, management, branding, finance and market-entry strategy.

Participants will build their own projects throughout the year, while also taking part in field experiences, cultural activities and applied projects involving local businesses and communities. The program includes Founder Reboot, focused on resilience, decision-making and personal growth, and Perspective Projects, which address real opportunities and challenges.

GPEL is aimed at aspiring founders, innovators, family-business successors and early-career professionals. The first cohort is scheduled to begin in March 2027, and applications are currently open.

According to the announcement, startups created through Tetr’s undergraduate program have generated more than $1M in revenue and raised over $500K from venture capital firms and global entrepreneurs. Examples include AI marketing platform Fluma, AI software company BluSpru and padel equipment brand ServeClub.
