Damascus-based financial platform BitKnz is developing BitKnz 2.0, a business-focused platform designed to simplify cross-border payments, multi-currency management and stablecoin transactions.
According to the company, the product is being shaped through conversations with business owners in Syria and the diaspora, as well as work with its first customers. BitKnz plans to launch the updated platform by the end of the month.
The platform is expected to bring multi-currency wallets, support for USDT and USDC, cross-border transfers, bulk payments, employee payroll, payment acceptance, payment links and tools for merchants into one system.
BitKnz said the goal is to reduce the time and complexity involved in managing funds across multiple platforms, accounts and payment methods. The company is also developing tools for businesses to manage balances and settlements in one place.
Its existing platform offers a digital wallet supporting multiple currencies, Bitcoin and stable USD balances, along with QR-based merchant payments and local cash-out services. The company said BitKnz 2.0 will continue to evolve around the day-to-day needs of its business customers.
