Fekretak Sherketak, an entrepreneurship center in Egypt, will host an online lecture on the procedures for incorporating startups on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 12pm to 2pm Cairo time.
The session will cover how to choose the right legal structure for a company, the relevant laws, required documents and incorporation procedures. Asmaa Hamdy, legal support officer at Fekretak Sherketak, will lead the lecture.
The workshop will take place via Zoom and is free to attend, with limited places available.
