Saudi Arabia will host the fifth edition of LEAP 2026 from August 31 to September 3 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, bringing together 600 startups, 1,900 investors and more than 1,000 speakers, according to the announcement.
The event is expected to attract more than 200,000 visitors from 180 countries. Its agenda will cover artificial intelligence, fintech, health technology, sports technology, space, gaming and digital infrastructure, alongside more than 20 government digital launches and 30 agreements.
The conference comes as Saudi Arabia’s digital economy exceeds $139B, while venture capital investment in the Kingdom has reached around $1.72B, according to the announcement.
Monsha’at, Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, will use its participation to showcase support programs, business services and advisory initiatives for entrepreneurs and SMEs. Its booth will also highlight startup support, innovation and technology adoption programs, as well as the Startup Gate, which connects entrepreneurs with the Saudi market, investment opportunities and market-entry service providers.
Monsha’at will also host the closing ceremony for the 11th cohort of its Innovators program, focused on smart cities, and hold an entrepreneur session covering the path from idea to market and the experience of an artificial intelligence incubator.
LEAP has expanded internationally with LEAP East in Hong Kong, linking technology and investment ecosystems across the Middle East and Asia.
