Riyadh-based restaurant management platform Foodics has unveiled Foodics Black at the LEAP technology exhibition. The new all-in-one platform is specifically purpose-built to manage the operational complexities of dine-in, full-service restaurants, targeting fine-dining and contemporary casual concepts.

Redefining Full-Service Dining Operations

Built on the company’s cloud-based infrastructure, Foodics Black is designed to foster seamless coordination between front- and back-of-house teams to elevate the guest experience. The ecosystem connects the entire customer journey, bringing together software and specialized hardware.

Key capabilities of the newly launched platform include:

  • Smart reservations and real-time floor management.
  • Seat-level ordering, course pacing, and kitchen synchronization.
  • Inventory management alongside table-side payments within a single unified environment.
  • Full compliance with ZATCA’s e-invoicing requirements in Saudi Arabia.

To support the software infrastructure, Foodics introduced premium POS hardware and Mobile Waiter devices featuring a sleek aesthetic designed to blend naturally into sophisticated dining environments. These Android-supported devices prioritize both high performance and durability.

Strategic Partnerships And Sector Growth

At LEAP, Foodics formalized several strategic partnerships to rapidly scale the Foodics Black ecosystem across the hospitality sector.

The company signed a partnership with MJS Holding, a prominent Saudi restaurant operator managing brands such as Black Tap, A.O.K Kitchen, Ruya, and Mr CHOW, to roll out the platform across its venues. Additional strategic integrations include Spice, a dining discovery and loyalty platform, and Wi-Q (Wi-Connect), an omnichannel solution that aggregates digital orders from multiple delivery interfaces.

This launch capitalizes on the rapid expansion of Saudi Arabia’s full-service restaurant sector, which is estimated at USD 16.15 billion in 2025 and is projected to reach USD 24.12 billion by 2030 due to a surge in experience-led dining.
