ServiceNow and Aramco Digital have signed a collaboration agreement to expand AI-powered workflows and create a more consistent digital operating environment across Aramco affiliates, subsidiaries and joint ventures in more than 50 countries.

Under the agreement, Aramco Digital will use ServiceNow as a foundational platform to govern and standardise digital workflows across the wider Aramco ecosystem, according to the announcement.

The collaboration will focus on reducing technology fragmentation, modernising business processes and improving consistency across different entities and markets. It will also cover AI-enabled workflow automation, customer experience and CRM capabilities, shared services, and enterprise resource planning modernisation.

The companies aim to reduce manual processes, connect enterprise systems and improve execution across business functions. They also plan to address technical debt linked to legacy systems while improving cost efficiency and scalability.

ServiceNow said its platform processes more than 100 billion workflows annually for major enterprises worldwide. The agreement does not specify individual AI deployments or implementation timelines.
