Saudi fintech startup Rabeh has raised $8.5 million from a group of angel investors to develop a digital platform connecting entrepreneurs seeking capital with investors looking for new opportunities.
Founded in 2022 by Mohammed Alsolami, Rabeh is building an integrated platform covering financing, artificial intelligence, tokenization and trading of real-world assets and equity shares.
The company said its platform will use AI to support deal discovery and match entrepreneurs with investors based on their preferences. It also plans to provide tokenization tools, although it has not disclosed which assets or financial instruments these services will cover.
Rabeh said the new platform is intended to bring both sides of the investment market into a single digital environment, helping startups access financing while giving investors tools to identify relevant opportunities and manage liquidity.
The company did not disclose the names of participating investors or provide a detailed breakdown of how the funding will be used.
Its next challenge will be attracting enough credible opportunities and active investors to create sustained activity on the platform. Product rollout, the scope of its tokenization services and the practical role of AI in deal discovery will offer a clearer view of Rabeh’s direction as it develops its technology in Saudi Arabia.
