Abu Dhabi-based eVoost AI is expanding internationally after signing a three-year agreement with Spanish real estate asset manager Aliseda covering an initial commercialisation volume of close to $1.4bn.
Founded in May 2024, eVoost has built an AI-native platform for real estate developers. It analyses demand and pricing, qualifies buyers and deploys multilingual sales agents across WhatsApp and voice. The company said its technology is now live in six markets and supports more than $3.5bn in signed developer project volume.
The Aliseda agreement gives eVoost access to a broader portfolio through a single institutional platform, rather than requiring separate expansion developer by developer. Initial deployments include projects in Vigo and Fuerteventura.
The company is also extending its partnership with Hercesa into Romania, adding to operations in the UAE, Spain, Portugal, Georgia and the US. In Romania, eVoost will manage demand analysis, buyer qualification and multilingual sales agents for Hercesa’s portfolio under the developer’s brand.
CEO Cristian Garcia Pastrana said Abu Dhabi serves as the company’s testing ground for its global operations, while Hub71 and ADGM have supported access to capital, developers and an institutional corporate structure. According to the company, eVoost was profitable in its first year.
