BLC Bank has launched nomad, a digital banking app designed to let customers manage everyday banking from their phones in Lebanon.
The Beirut-based product allows users to open accounts digitally, move money, manage cards and request services without starting at a branch. Customers can open Fresh USD and LBP accounts within the same app, send and receive funds, request money and top up using an accepted credit or debit card.
nomad also connects to BLC Bank’s physical network. Users can cash in or out at BLC ATMs and branches, with or without a physical card. The app supports virtual and physical cards, as well as payments through payment links or merchant QR codes.
Additional services include vouchers and a travel eSIM, according to the company.
BLC Bank is promoting nomad through outdoor posters featuring short messages and QR codes that lead people to the app. The campaign focuses on curiosity and transparency around what customers receive, pay and how they use the service.
nomad is available on the App Store and Google Play, while BLC Bank is sharing the campaign through the app’s Instagram and Facebook pages.
