Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, Monsha’at, concluded its participation in LEAP 2026 in Riyadh after graduating the 11th cohort of its Innovators Program and signing three memoranda of understanding.
The latest cohort focused on smart cities and included 11 businesses. Participants received mentoring, consulting, interactive sessions, technical tools, support sessions and connections with government and private-sector organisations.
Since its launch, the program has supported 163 businesses across 11 cohorts, resulting in 179 technology adoption cases and more than 350 job opportunities, according to the announcement.
Monsha’at signed agreements with Bim to support the entrepreneurship environment and exchange expertise; Zoho to help startups adopt business technologies, access digital benefits and receive technical training through the Monsha’at Academy; and Nextven to exchange expertise, raise entrepreneurship awareness and support international expansion between Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
During the conference, Monsha’at also provided business support, consulting and mentoring services. Its pavilion highlighted the Innovation Centre, the Startup Gate, and programs designed to help entrepreneurs understand the Saudi market and connect with market-entry service providers.
The authority also took part in a session titled “From Idea to Market: The AI Incubator Journey,” covering support provided to entrepreneurs from idea development through market entry.
