Saudi Arabia’s Etihad Salam Telecom Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with UnifyApps to explore agentic AI automation solutions for government entities and enterprises across the Kingdom.
Announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the partnership will combine Salam’s telecommunications, cloud and digital infrastructure capabilities with UnifyApps’ Agentic Automation platform. The companies aim to help organisations automate complex workflows, improve operational efficiency and expand AI adoption.
Under the proposed arrangement, Salam would serve as the local commercial and delivery partner, providing a single point of contact for sales, support and implementation. UnifyApps would contribute its automation platform and technical expertise.
The companies said the model could help customers introduce AI agents into existing business processes while navigating Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure, regulatory and operational requirements.
The MoU does not include financial terms, named customers, confirmed deployments or implementation timelines. Any next steps will depend on whether the collaboration develops into commercial projects across Saudi government and enterprise organisations.
