Rally Startup Festival 2026 is recruiting 150 organizers to support its one-day event on 30 September 2026 at Al Burouj Cultural Hub in New Heliopolis, Cairo.
Organizers will be assigned across areas including registration, the main stage, Marketplace District, Startup Factory, Innovation Village, Rally Square, Go Viral District, backstage operations and crowd support. Roles cover guest relations, visitor flow, speaker and VIP support, stage operations, exhibitor assistance, logistics, media support and welfare monitoring.
The festival will use a zone-based operating model, with each organizer assigned both a location and a functional role. Selected organizers are expected to attend online coordination meetings every two days before the event, alongside training covering event operations, safety, communications and role responsibilities.
The organizers’ guide says the team will follow a clear chain of command and prioritize guest service and safety. Applications require candidates to review the guide before submitting the form.
