Egypt’s Shark Tank Egypt will return for its fifth season on CBC on Wednesday, October 7, at 9pm, according to the announcement.
The new season will feature five investors: Ayman Abbas, Dina Ghabbour, Mohamed Farouk, Abdullah Salam and Ahmed Tarek. The show will also include guest “sharks” from different fields.
Across its first four seasons, the program recorded 158 investment agreements worth more than EGP 1.15 billion, supporting 233 projects across multiple sectors.
The show has also surpassed 2.1 billion views across social media platforms. Its format gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to present their ideas and businesses to investors while seeking funding, mentorship and technical support to develop and expand their ventures.
