Mansoura University’s career development centers supported 19,334 students and graduates during the 2025/2026 academic year, while helping create 1,290 job opportunities through partnerships with 137 companies across 19 sectors.
The annual results included 15,540 beneficiaries of free training and 3,794 participants in paid programs, as well as 451 individual career consultations. The centers also delivered employability workshops, professional training programs and entrepreneurship activities, including the UCCD Edu-Tent 2 initiative and a professional readiness camp.
A total of 4,519 students and graduates applied for the advertised roles, with 636 candidates accepted, according to the announcement. The centers also supported applicants with training on relevant skills, interview preparation and employer requirements.
The university’s third career fair, held on April 6 and 7, 2026, brought together more than 2,887 students and graduates with 44 companies. Participating employers announced more than 800 jobs and 500 training opportunities and conducted interviews during the event.
Entrepreneurship efforts included the seventh Entrepreneurship Week, attended by 586 students and graduates, and the UCCD Startup Missiles competition. Training covered customer discovery, business models, intellectual property, legal structures, financial planning, marketing, sales and project management.
