Bank Misr has expanded its non-financial support for Egyptian entrepreneurs and small businesses through a network of 17 business development service centers, which have provided more than 261,000 services since launching in July 2019.

According to the bank, the centers have helped finance more than 5,000 projects, with total funding exceeding EGP 3.20 billion. The support covers businesses at different stages, from setup to growth.

Bank Misr has also partnered with Google to train thousands of young people in entrepreneurship fundamentals and digital marketing, adding training to its financial support offering.

The bank recently strengthened its support infrastructure with an integrated digital platform for businesses. The platform is designed to give entrepreneurs access to services suited to different stages of their companies’ development.

Alongside financing programs for micro, small and medium-sized businesses, Bank Misr offers advisory and training services. The initiatives form part of its broader financial inclusion efforts and aim to help business owners access the resources needed to sustain and expand their operations.
