New York-based AI agent company Napster has partnered with Saudi Arabia’s HUMAIN to bring Arabic-native AI agents to public and private sector organisations across the Kingdom and the wider Middle East.
The integration combines HUMAIN’s ALLaM large language model and speech recognition technology with SawtArabi’s text-to-speech capabilities. These tools will run alongside Napster’s video, voice and multimodal agent platform, including its Large Persona Model technology.
According to the announcement, the resulting agents will understand and speak Arabic, retain conversation history across sessions, and interact with customers and employees through voice, video and text. The underlying model was shaped by more than 600 Arabic language and cultural experts.
Napster plans to make the technology available to its existing public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia and across the region. The partnership is intended to give organisations access to Arabic-fluent digital employees without requiring them to build the systems from scratch.
The deal also gives HUMAIN another deployment channel for ALLaM, as the Saudi AI company expands the reach of its Arabic AI portfolio. Napster said further initiatives and deployments are planned across the Middle East in 2026.
