Abu Dhabi’s Inception42 Deploys AI Platform Insight Across 30+ Boards

Abu Dhabi-based Inception42 has unveiled Insight, an AI platform designed to help boards and executive teams make better-informed decisions.

The platform is already serving more than 30 boards and has been deployed at senior levels of Emirati government and business, chief executive Ashish Koshy said. Inception42 is part of Abu Dhabi technology group G42.

Insight draws on internal documents, previous meeting records and knowledge from functions including product, technology and finance. During meetings, executives can ask questions, access supporting information and vote on proposals. The platform also produces minutes and tracks action items afterwards.

Executives can assign Insight different personas, such as a lawyer, risk officer or AI leader, to challenge assumptions and examine issues from alternative perspectives. Its voice assistant can retrieve internal documents and flag statements that conflict with company records.

Available in Arabic and English, Insight integrates with Microsoft 365 and is designed to work with other productivity suites. Customers can limit it to internal data or connect approved websites, generative AI tools and financial data services.

The software is offered as a service and can run on sovereign infrastructure, private clouds or customer-owned servers. It also supports hybrid and air-gapped deployments. Koshy said Inception42 signed deals with Capgemini and McKinsey at the AI Everything Abu Dhabi summit, where the platform was unveiled.
