Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has received a fourth work order from HUMAIN worth more than 135% of its total 2025 revenue, according to a disclosure on the Saudi Exchange. The order covers the design and construction of data centers dedicated to artificial intelligence technologies.

Received on October 10, 2026, the work order has a 16-month execution period, with its financial impact expected to begin in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, the company said.

The order is part of an agreement signed between MIS and HUMAIN in September 2026. The agreement, including value-added tax, exceeds 689% of MIS’s 2025 revenue and is being delivered through separate work orders issued by HUMAIN.

The project’s scope includes engineering, procurement and construction work, as well as an expansion of planned data center capacity from 50 megawatts to 250 megawatts. The facilities are intended to support AI applications and related computing workloads.

MIS said the agreement replaces a previously announced contract dated March 5, 2026, without affecting the value of the work, execution or previously disclosed financial impact. The company added that it will disclose future work orders and their value, duration and expected financial impact as they are received.
