Sharjah Launches Najm AI Agent for Investor Site Selection

1 Min Read

Invest in Sharjah, the emirate’s foreign direct investment office, has launched Najm, an AI agent designed to help investors find suitable land, partners and market information.

Investors can enter details such as their business plans, requirements and budget. Najm then searches and ranks potential sites, bringing together information that would otherwise be spread across multiple property platforms and public sources.

The first phase focuses on industrial and commercial opportunities, including land, factories and industrial facilities. Its data comes from Invest in Sharjah, public Sharjah government information and listings from Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder.

Invest in Sharjah has signed memorandums of understanding with the Sharjah Department of Town Planning and Survey, Property Finder, and Bayut and Dubizzle to support the rollout.

The platform was unveiled at the ninth Sharjah Investment Forum on October 14. A second phase is expected to add direct partnership opportunities with government entities and more live, verified deals. Planned expansion areas include education, healthcare and technology-related opportunities, according to the announcement.
