Dubai Investments Plans 20% IPO of DIP Holding on Dubai Financial Market

Dubai Investments plans to offer 20% of its subsidiary DIP Holding in an initial public offering on the Dubai Financial Market, in what the company said would be the UAE’s first IPO of 2026.

The offering will comprise around 1.735 billion existing shares. The subscription period is scheduled to run from October 27 to November 3, with final pricing expected on November 4 and trading targeted to begin on November 11, subject to regulatory approvals and market conditions. A price range had not been announced at the time of the disclosure.

Because the shares are being sold by Dubai Investments rather than newly issued by DIP Holding, the proceeds will go to the parent company. Dubai Investments said it plans to use most of the proceeds to expand its activities and for general corporate purposes.

DIP Holding owns the company that operates Dubai Investments Park, a 23 million-square-metre mixed-use development serving about 1,000 tenants and more than 150,000 residents. Land occupancy stood at 99.9% at the end of June 2026.

The company reported 2025 revenue of AED960 million and adjusted EBITDA of AED678 million. For the first half of 2026, revenue reached AED492 million and adjusted EBITDA AED355 million.

DIP Holding expects cash dividends of AED700 million for 2026, AED725 million for 2027 and AED750 million for 2028, subject to approvals. An additional 2% tranche of the offered shares is reserved for eligible Dubai Investments shareholders.
