Nabesh has launched a recruitment platform designed to connect job seekers in Syria with local and remote opportunities.
The platform lets users create one professional profile from their CV, browse openings, apply using that profile and track each application through stages such as submission, employer contact, interview and closure. Creating a profile and applying for jobs is free, according to the launch announcement.
Nabesh is available in Arabic and English and is designed to work through a mobile browser without requiring an app. The platform covers Syria’s 14 provinces, 77 cities and towns, and 20 job categories. Its listings include roles from companies hiring in Syria as well as organisations offering remote work from abroad.
The platform also includes an AI assistant, called Copilot. It helps job seekers build their profiles through conversation, while supporting employers with job descriptions, requirements and application questions. The company said a future update will focus on helping employers identify suitable candidates.
Nabesh currently lists opportunities across areas including marketing, operations, design, IT, finance, engineering, healthcare, education, sales and customer service.
