Dyna.Ai and Bahrain FinTech Bay have signed a partnership to introduce AI solutions to businesses in Bahrain and the wider GCC, with an initial focus on financial services.
The agreement was signed at Fintech Forward 2026 in Manama. Under the partnership, Bahrain FinTech Bay will support activities including events and workshops, while Singapore-headquartered Dyna.Ai will bring its AI-as-a-Service offering, including customer experience solutions, to local businesses.
According to the announcement, Dyna.Ai will adapt its products to the needs of Bahraini and regional companies, with the aim of supporting practical deployments and measurable outcomes. The partners said the collaboration is designed to address demand for AI tools that reflect local business requirements, customer expectations and regulatory environments.
Bahrain FinTech Bay said it will help connect Dyna.Ai with financial institutions, startups, regulators and investors across its ecosystem. The fintech hub has supported more than 160 startups and teams since launching in 2018, according to the announcement.
The partnership forms part of Dyna.Ai’s broader expansion across the Middle East. The company provides AI products and services for customer and employee experience, as well as business operations, and works with financial institutions, contact centers and enterprises across Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
