US-based AI analytics startup Databuddy Analytics has raised $500K in seed funding from Y Combinator, bringing its total funding to more than $560K. The round also included investments from Maza Ventures and the a16z Scout programme.
Founded in 2026 by Palestinian entrepreneur Issa Nassar, Databuddy develops a product analytics platform that uses AI to identify conversion drops, customer friction and product issues. The platform investigates what changed and why, giving teams actionable insights without requiring them to manually review dashboards and reports.
The company said its platform has attracted more than 3,000 businesses within the first few months of launch.
Databuddy plans to use the funding to develop deeper AI investigation capabilities, add integrations and make targeted hires. It will also invest in onboarding and data migration support to help more businesses connect their existing data.
