Dubai-based fintech startup CapQuest has raised $1M in a pre-seed round led by Oraseya Capital and AMKM Family Office, with plans to accelerate product development and expand its international presence.
Founded in 2023 by Antoine Bruna, Marco Banfi and Anvita Varshney, CapQuest provides software for managing ownership structures, cap tables, employee stock ownership plans, vesting schedules, fundraising transactions and shareholder communications.
The platform is designed to replace fragmented spreadsheets and manual processes with a centralised system for managing equity and investor relations. According to the company, it helps businesses maintain accurate ownership records as they grow and add new investors.
CapQuest currently serves companies in 11 countries, with a focus on the Middle East, Europe and emerging markets. Its clients include Holo, Erad, Avenia and Teylor.
The company said it will use the funding to increase automation, develop more advanced equity management tools and strengthen its commercial presence in international markets. CEO and co-founder Antoine Bruna said the startup aims to make equity management more accessible, transparent and efficient for companies scaling across borders.
