Fekretak Sherketak will host a free legal seminar on compliance with data protection laws in partnership with Al-Tabakh Legal Foundation on 28 October 2026 in Cairo.
The session will cover data held by startups, including data types and lifecycle management, the legal rights of customers and users, data protection governance, core compliance requirements, and handling data breaches and emerging challenges linked to artificial intelligence.
The seminar will feature Omar Al-Tabakh, founder and CEO of Al-Tabakh Legal Foundation, and Esraa Al-Attar, a lawyer and legal adviser specialising in technology and corporate law.
The event will take place at the General Authority for Investment headquarters, 3 Salah Salem Street, Cairo, at 12pm. Attendance is free, but places are limited.
