The second day of the Boujdour Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum brought together young people with business ideas and projects for sessions on guidance, financing and business development.
Held at the city’s Youth Platform as part of celebrations marking the first anniversary of Unity Day, the forum is running under the theme “An integrated ecosystem for successful entrepreneurship,” according to the announcement.
The programme included practical workshops on turning innovative ideas into viable businesses and improving participants’ access to economic opportunities. A dedicated session on trademarks covered the role of branding in protecting a company’s identity and differentiating its products and services, as well as the legal procedures for registering and protecting trademarks.
Other topics included women’s entrepreneurship, industrial and commercial property protection, and patents. Participants also received information about business support programmes offered by Maroc PME, including PACTE and POWER EXPORT.
The initiative aims to strengthen the Youth Platform’s role as a space for advising and supporting project holders, while helping them identify available financing and support opportunities and encouraging self-employment in Boujdour.
