The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) and CCI France UAE have signed a cooperation agreement to strengthen trade, investment and business ties between Abu Dhabi and France.
The partnership will connect companies across both markets and support access to investment opportunities, new customers and strategic partnerships. CCI France UAE represents more than 550 French, Francophone and UAE-based companies.
The two organisations plan to collaborate on business forums, conferences, workshops, networking events, trade missions and official delegations. The agreement will also support connections between businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and other stakeholders.
Priority areas include artificial intelligence, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized businesses, innovation and sustainability.
The agreement was signed during the second UAE-France Business Forum, organised under the theme “Voices of AI.” The event brought together investors, entrepreneurs, technology leaders, academics and policymakers from the UAE, France, Europe and the wider Middle East.
Ali Mohamed Al Marzooqi, Director-General of Abu Dhabi Chamber, said the partnership would support joint business initiatives, investment, knowledge exchange and cooperation in priority sectors. Agnès Lopez Cruz, Director of CCI France UAE, said it would create a practical framework for connecting businesses with opportunities in both markets.
According to the announcement, the partnership is expected to lead to joint programmes and new channels for trade, investment and business cooperation.
