Adobe, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), and HUMAIN are expanding their partnership to provide more than 27 million eligible citizens and residents with 12 months of free access to Adobe Firefly Standard and Adobe Express Premium features.

The offer, available to people aged 13 and over by the end of 2026, is valued by Adobe at more than $4 billion. It includes access to a new image generation model being developed by Adobe and HUMAIN through Adobe Firefly Foundry and tuned to Saudi culture. The model is intended to support culturally relevant imagery generated through Arabic-language prompts.

Adobe also announced Modern Standard Arabic right-to-left support for Adobe Express on desktop, web and iOS globally, including Arabic typography, text editing, interface controls and templates tailored to Saudi culture.

From early 2027, eligible startups and early-stage entrepreneurs participating in MCIT’s Center of Digital Entrepreneurship and The Garage will receive one year of free access to selected Adobe creative tools, training and expertise, according to the announcement.

Adobe and MCIT Future Skills are also working to provide free practical learning courses through the Adobe Digital Academy, focused on creative, marketing and AI skills.
