Al Baraka Islamic Bank Hosts Entrepreneurship Masterclass for Employees’ Children in Bahrain

Al Baraka Islamic Bank, in collaboration with INJAZ Bahrain, recently organized an advanced educational and training program entitled the Entrepreneurship Master Class Programme for the children of its employees. The initiative comes as part of the bank’s commitment to supporting education and empowering future generations.

The program provided an engaging learning experience for the next generation:

Fostering an Early Entrepreneurial Spirit

The initiative was designed to develop the personal skills and expand the knowledge of its young participants. The program included a wide range of practical activities covering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship through interactive workshops and challenges tailored to the participating age group.

“We are delighted to collaborate with INJAZ Bahrain in organising this pioneering programme, which reflects our unwavering commitment to social responsibility and our belief in the role of the banking sector in building a brighter future for the children of our nation,” stated Mr. Abdulla Suwaileh, Head of Human Resources and Administration at Al Baraka Islamic Bank.


A Partnership to Empower the Next Generation

The collaboration with INJAZ Bahrain, one of the Kingdom’s leading organizations for youth-focused educational programs, was a key component of the program’s success. Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, INJAZ Bahrain Chairperson, commented, “We are proud to partner with Al Baraka Islamic Bank… this collaboration is a powerful example of how joint efforts can positively impact the next generation.” Alongside the workshops, the program also featured an orientation tour of several of the bank’s departments, providing participants with a first-hand look at the nature of banking operations.
