Al Moammar Information Systems has started implementing its strategic agreement with Humain after receiving a first work order worth more than 148% of the company’s total revenue for 2025.

According to an announcement published on the Saudi Exchange, the work order was received on October 1, 2026, and covers the previously announced 50-megawatt capacity. The company said the order’s financial impact began in the second quarter of 2026 and will be reflected in its financial statements from that period.

The company expects to receive additional work orders as part of the project’s expansion and said it will disclose any material developments.

The current work order relates to the same scope and value announced in an earlier statement dated March 5, 2026. That agreement was initially valued at more than 155% of 2024 revenue before being expanded into a broader Humain agreement worth more than 689% of 2025 revenue.

Al Moammar Information Systems said the earlier contract is now part of the broader agreement with Humain.
