Anthropic has disclosed more than $250 billion in long-term infrastructure commitments to Google, Amazon and Microsoft as it expands computing capacity and moves toward a mix of dedicated data centers and directly leased chips.

According to the company’s prospectus, the commitments include at least $111.1 billion with Google, $110 billion with Amazon and $31.4 billion with Microsoft over the next seven to 10 years. Some of the agreements require Anthropic to pay even if it uses less capacity than planned.

The company also reported about $161.2 billion in largely non-cancelable Broadcom equipment lease obligations. Separate arrangements involving Elon Musk’s xAI could lead to up to $84.5 billion in spending on Nvidia-based computing capacity through 2029, although those agreements can generally be canceled with 90 days’ notice.

AMD has committed to purchasing up to $5 billion in Anthropic shares and supplying more than $20 billion in AI computing capacity, according to the filing.

Anthropic said Amazon, Google and Microsoft serve as infrastructure and distribution partners while also developing competing AI models. The company warned that changes to third-party computing access could affect its business and financial performance.

The disclosures come after Anthropic confidentially filed for a potential IPO with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in June.
