Arbisoft and Tamkeen Financial Training Company have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop AI-enhanced e-learning and training programs for private companies, government entities and SMEs across Saudi Arabia.

The agreement, fully executed on October 1, brings together Arbisoft’s expertise in artificial intelligence, data engineering, software development, analytics and digital platforms with Tamkeen’s accredited training programs and knowledge of the Saudi market.

The companies said they will approach clients jointly, combining Tamkeen’s in-person, corporate and e-learning delivery capabilities with Arbisoft’s AI tools. The partnership is intended to support workforce development goals linked to Saudi Vision 2030.

“Our role is to bring AI into that experience, so organizations can train their people at scale and see the results,” said Umair Shah, co-founder of Arbisoft.

Nawaf Almabruk, general manager of Tamkeen Financial Training Company, said the collaboration would combine Tamkeen’s training expertise with Arbisoft’s capabilities in AI, data and digital platforms.

The two organizations will now define joint offerings and engagement workstreams for potential clients. Arbisoft has more than 750 engineers across offices in the United States, Pakistan, Qatar, Germany and Saudi Arabia. Tamkeen, based in Riyadh, provides professional and corporate training, including programs accredited by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the National eLearning Center.
