Saudi technology company Azym Saudi for Communications and Information Technology has signed a five-year strategic partnership with Elm to develop and deliver technology and digital transformation projects.

Announced on the sidelines of LEAP 2026, the agreement will use a revenue-sharing model for jointly developed projects. The companies aim to combine their expertise in technology, digital services and solution development while building projects that can grow and scale.

The partnership will cover new initiatives and services, building on existing areas of cooperation between the two companies. Its five-year term is intended to support the gradual expansion of joint projects and identify additional opportunities for collaboration.

Azym Saudi said it expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact during the current year, although the value of the partnership cannot yet be determined. Any revenue will depend on the projects implemented and the returns they generate. The company added that there are no related parties involved and that it will disclose any material developments when they occur.
